Coaching and support for creatives who want to live and work well.

Hi, I’m Sofia

A Swedish writer, certified coach, creative human, and solopreneur.

I work with thoughtful creatives – from solo business owners to creative professionals in the workplace – who want to live and work well, without burning out.

After experiencing burnout myself, I found a better way to live and work, and now I help others do the same.

I’m a certified coach and a registered yoga teacher, with a coaching practice grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness.

I help creative people build a life and work that feels good from the inside out. It’s more than work-life balance, it’s about work-life integration.

Coaching for creative business owners

One-to-one coaching for small business owners who want to run their business in a slower, more intentional way.

Personalised support to help you pause, quiet the noise, and reconnect with what matters – so you can build a business that fits you and your life.

Coaching for creatives in the workplace

One-to-one coaching designed to improve wellness, reduce burnout, support growth, and help people stay engaged and motivated.

Support that strengthens both the individual and the organisation. Because when people feel supported, they do their best and most meaningful work.

Client stories

Coaching looks different for everyone. Here’s what some of my lovely clients have experienced, in their own words.

“After working with Sofia, I became more self-forgiving, untangled around work, and able to move forward at my own pace – with greater compassion and clarity.”

Jodie Lamb, Life & Career Coach

“I'm physically active again, I've revived my creative practice in a serious way, and she has miraculously managed to help me get all the horses pulling in the same direction.”

Roger Vaughn, Artist

“After each session, my mind felt clearer and I had a different energy around it. There are certain aspects of having a business that I find more challenging, and I was able to approach and view those with a refreshed mindset.”
